WordCamp Kyiv 2016: impressions and slides

WordCamp Kyiv 2016 slides

WordCamp Kyiv is over and that were really great 2 days. I met so many WordPress (and BuddyPress!) developers and business owners. I enjoyed each and every day and activity, that organizers & volunteers prepared for us. And of course, I (and others) tweeted a lot about the event.

And I’ve presented my first ever WordCamp talk about BuddyPress. Below are my WordCamp Kyiv 2016 slides (in Russian, sorry).

The most hard part was 15-20 minutes before my talk. When I finally came and stood in front of the audience, I completely stopped being nervous. I’ve just started to describe those people all the things I wanted to share, and that was cool. And very rewarding (thanks for applauses). Not sure, how my talk looked from the other side, we will see when the video will appear on wordpress.tv, but I’m more or less satisfied with the results of my first ever WordCamp talk. And I was really pleased, that audience was actually listening and asked questions during QA 10min session, AND during almost all breaks on Saturday and Sunday as well.

Thank you, organizers and volunteers. You did an awesome job, and I’m more than happy that I’ve participated in this WordCamp Kyiv 2016 event.
